What do I get on Pro that I don't get on Basic?
Starter and Basic cover campaign sending, contact management, feedback, and basic reporting. Pro and above help you turn past engagement into the next audience with Advanced Analytics, Smart Reminder Timing, Audience Intelligence, Smart Segments, and the AI Audience Designer. Describe the contacts you want, review the drafted rules, then save the segment. If you downgrade, saved segments remain visible and read-only.
What file formats do you support?
We accept WAV and MP3 files at no additional cost, so you can send promos in the quality your recipients expect.
What is the Tastemaker Network?
Start with the contacts you already know. The Tastemaker Network lets you add named DJs and industry contacts who opted in to receive promos in the release's genre. It is included in every plan.
Can I manage multiple labels?
Yes. Each sender profile has its own display name and logo. Basic includes two profiles, Pro three, and Premium seven. On Premium, add profiles 8 to 14 for £3 each per month. Contact us for 15+ profiles.
How do automated reminders work?
Promoly can remind recipients who have not listened or downloaded. Enable a reminder after five days, or choose the delay on Pro.
